Details:
Tube furnace is vertical and composite of main sections such as gas burner, furnace canister radiation chamber, convection chamber, chimney.
Gas burner flame is adjusted manually.
Cylindrical Furnace canister wall is fabricated by welding together with fire resistance manganese steel plates and there is more than 120mm fire proof materials for internal wall in order to make sure the canister take higher temperature.
Tube is welded by SS or carbon steel pipe( depend on customer requirement).
There is damper inside the chimney to make sure optimum working efficiency.
