The primary cooler is the equipment used by gas companies or other chemical companies to cool hot gases. The most common type is the horizontal tube primary cooler. There are several horizontal pipes inside, and the cooling water circulates in the pipes. Cooling water is divided into a section of cooling water and two sections of cooling water. The temperature of the first section of cooling water is generally 25-32 degrees, circulating in the upper half of the primary cooler; the temperature of the second section of cooling water is generally 18-25 degrees, circulating in the lower half of the primary cooler. The hot gas enters from the top of the primary cooler and then goes out from the bottom. The hot gas meets the cooling water in the horizontal tube in the primary cooler and cools down, so that the gas temperature of the primary cooler reaches the technical target. In order to prevent the crystals from clogging the pipeline when the gas is cooled, ammonia water is usually sprayed on the top of the primary cooler. When the crystals meet the ammonia water, they will decompose automatically, and then they will be discharged together with the lower liquid. The height is generally 30 meters.
